RETURN POLICY


RETURNS

We hope you love your White Flag! We work hard to provide quality, handmade items. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will take your flag back!

If you would like to keep your flag, but have suggestion on how we can improve your experience, please send us an email at connect@whiteflag.org.

—All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date to receive a full refund.

—Shipping costs for your return will be subtracted from your refund.

—All products need to be returned in or with their original packaging, including the packing slip. Items not returned in their original packaging may incur a 15% repackaging fee.

—Returns and exchanges are received and processed within 10 business days from when you shipped your package back to us.

—Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

—If there is a defect or quality issue with your product upon arrive, please send us an email so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

EXCHANGES

We can only accept exchanges for flags of the same cost. If you are looking to exchange your flag for an item of different price, please place a new order and return your original item.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

—Any free promotional items including prizes won during a giveaway or gifts that may have been received during promotions.

—Sale items are not eligible for return.

—Any noticeably worn, used, or damaged items that are initially received in good condition.

—Any merchandise purchased from other retailers. (These products must be returned to the store from which is was originally purchase, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.)

—Any item that was purchase over 6 months ago is ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind.

GIFTS

If you received a White Flag as a gift, you can still return it! We will issue you a White Flag story credit for the amount of the returned items.

—Be sure to indicate that the return was a gift on the return form.
