We hope you love your White Flag! We pride ourselves on providing quality, handmade items. But if you aren't 100% satisfied, we'll take your flag back! If you want to keep your flag, but have suggestions on how we an improve on your experience, please shoot us an email at email@example.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date to receive a full refund.
- Shipping costs for your return will be subtracted from your refund.
- All products need to be returned in or with their original packaging, including the packing slip. Items not returned in original packaging may incur a 15% repackaging fee.
- Returns and exchanges are received and processed within 10 business days from when you shipped your package back to us.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If there is a defect or quality issue with your product upon arrival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue immediately!
- EXCHANGES: We can only accept exchanges for flags of the same cost. If you are looking to exchange for a flag at a different price, please place a new order and return your original item.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
- Any free promotional items including prizes won during a giveaway or gifts that may have been received during promotions.
- Sale items are still eligible for return.
- Any noticeably worn, used, or damaged items that were initially received in good condition.
- Any merchandise purchased from other retailers (these products must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer).
- Any item that was purchased over 6 months ago is ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:

HOW TO RETURN:

- If you received an order from White Flag as a gift, you can still return! We'll issue you a White Flag store credit for the amount of the returned items to your account. Be sure to indicate that the return was a gift on the return form.
